What are the shipping costs?

Your order will have free delivery from 50 euros for the following countries: The Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium and the United Kingdom.

How long for delivery?

All products are delivered daily (Monday till Friday). For orders before 4pm they are sent the next working day. See the table below for the expected delivery day.

Of course we keep you well informed about the delivery of the products, so you know when to expect them. We also send you a Track & Trace code after sending, so that you can follow the delivery.

Delivery or Self Collect?

For the delivery of our products we rely on GLS, one of the largest transportation companies in Europe. GLS, with deliveries of over 300 million packages per year, guarantees reliability, speed and secure delivery of our products.

And that is important as our customers want to receive their Christmas orders in time!

Your order will be delivered to your home from Monday to Friday (no deliveries on Saturday and Sunday). If you are not at home to receive your delivery, your package will again be delivered the following working day. If you also miss this offer then the delivery person leaves his contact details, after which you can make an appointment or pick up the package elsewhere.

It is not possible to collect the package yourself.

Payment Terms

We offer a wide range of payment options, per country, for you to choose from. We accept payment via well known credit cards such as iDeal, Carte Bleue, Paypall, Bank Transfer and DIRECTebanking.

For some payment options we will charge a surcharge. We will clearly indicate this during the ordering process.

How do I trace my order?

Via the Track and Trace system of our transporter you can follow the order closely. You will receive a Track and Trace number as soon as the order is sent. Note that this Track and Trace often only works after 8pm.

How can I log-in?

You can place your orders without the use of your name or a password on Xmasdeco.com.

If you wish, you can create an account with your first order. With that you can log in and, for example, follow your order. You can also use previously entered address data when placing new orders

I forgot my password?

In case you forgot your password, click here to request a new password.

What about the guarantee?

All products have a one year guarantee from date of delivery. Please contact our customer service via the contact form and mention the order number. To claim a guarantee you need the invoice. We will send this via email after placing the order. Naturally, the normal traces and damage due to improper use are not covered by the guarantee.

How can I return any items?

As a consumer you can return products within 14 days after the order. Of course, the product must be unused, and the packaging is still completely intact. Before sending products back, it is important to submit a return request. You can do this by filling in the contact form. Please clearly state the order number and the reason for return. The request will be answered within 24 hours. The costs for return are for own account and are £ 22.50 per package. With warranty or exchange we take the already made delivery and payment costs for our account. The return process takes place via a Pick up and return arrangement via GLS.

A return payment will be refunded to your account within 14 days after receipt of the return products (minus the costs of the return), provided the packaging is in good condition and completely returned. If this is not the case, we will contact you within 48 hours. If you have any questions please contact us in advance via the contact form.

Please note: for products that have been used and / or products that are returned in packaging that is no longer usable, we will charge costs for new packaging. Depending on the box, this can vary between £ 4.50 and £ 17.50.

In case I have a complaint?

If your complaint concerns the quality or the condition of the delivered items within the return period of 14 days, you can use the contact form and request a return. Please clearly describe the defect or complaint and state the order and invoice number! If you have other complaints, please contact our customer service. Our contact form is therefore the simplest and fastest. You will receive a response the same day!
